2. What kind of workout formats are available at Trana?
At Trana, you’ll find a wide range of workouts, such as – Strength & Conditioning, Hatha Yoga, Outdoor Functional Training, Dance Fitness, and Kid’s Fitness. We offer group and personalised training at your community. Please see our services on the website/App to know more about the workout format.
3. What are the types of sports coaching provided by Trana?
We provide all sports training based on the amenities available at your community. We offer group as well as personalised training at your community. Please see our services on the website/App to know more about the sports coaching.
4. Does Trana have its own centres where I can train?
No, we exclusively provide services at your community through our certified and experienced trainers and sports coaches.
5. Are Trana trainers certified?
Yes, all our trainers are certified in their specific field of training. However, we also have coaches who are athletes at state/national and international level.
6. How do I book a class with Trana?
Thanks for asking! Booking a class is made super easy through our App.
Here’s how:
- Log into the Trana App with community details
- From the home tab, Tap on “Book a class”
- Pick a workout or sports format
- Choose the date and preferred time slot
Attend the session
7. How do I book a free Trana class?
Great choice! Booking your free class is no brainer.

Here’s how: From the App
- Log into the trana app
- From the Home tab, choose the format you wish to attend
- Click on to book 2 free classes
- Pick a date and preferred time slot
8. How many classes can I book at a time?
You can book up to 6 classes at a time after you have purchased a membership.
9. Can I cancel/Reschedule a book Class?
You can cancel a booked class up to 60 minutes prior to the class.
10. What modes of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments by Internet Banking and UPI.
11. How can I get a refund for my membership pack?
We do not refund any amount for a purchased pack. Please reach out to us via the support option in the Trana app (Home/Profile/Support) for any questions.
12. Do I need to pay anything additional to the community?
No, Trana fee includes any community charges applicable.
